Your training data
Plans, journal entries, equipment, goals, and scoring sessions are stored in Supabase (PostgreSQL). Data is scoped to your user account. Coaches only see rows allowed by an active coach–athlete link you approve.

Authentication
Sign-in and password reset run through Supabase Auth. Production email is sent from noreply@bowbook.app via our mail provider (not monitored for support). Use support@bowbook.app for help.
Payments
Subscriptions are processed by Stripe. Bowbook stores subscription status metadata, not full card numbers. Manage or cancel billing inside the app’s Stripe portal.
What we do not do
- We do not sell personal data.
- We do not use your training log for advertising profiles.
- Coaches cannot browse arbitrary users — only linked athletes.
Encryption & transport
The web app is served over HTTPS. Database and API traffic use encrypted connections to our cloud providers. Keep your account password private and sign out on shared devices.
Retention & deletion
Data is retained while your account is active. Request deletion via contact or email support@bowbook.app. Backups may persist for a limited period after deletion (see Privacy Policy).
Reporting a concern
For security issues or privacy requests, contact support@bowbook.app with topic Privacy or data request on the contact form. We aim to respond to good-faith reports promptly during beta.
